EBAN FOUNDATION PRE-LAUNCHES WITH THE OBOSOMASE BACK-TO-SCHOOL PROJECT

OUR FIRST STEPS:
Ahead of our official launch, EBAN -The Adobea Foundation is proud to have kicked things off where it matters most: in a classroom.

On Monday, 14th September 2026, we visited the Obosomase Presbyterian Basic School in the Eastern Region to hand over learning materials to pupils and teachers, and to unveil a refurbished and revitalized school environment.

The why behind the project

Across the country, many children in public schools go without all the basic materials they need to learn, in classrooms that don’t always inspire them to want to be there. We wanted our first act as a Foundation to speak directly to that gap: practical support, delivered with care, for pupils and the teachers who show up for them every day.

What We Did

The Team presented learning packs for every pupil, from KG through JSS, backpacks filled with exercise books, storybooks, pens, pencils and other essentials.

We also gave appreciation gifts for teachers, including branded items for the school’s leadership and staff.

We handed over refurbished and repainted school blocks, including classrooms, toilets, canteen etc. Repainting the school blocks turned tired walls into a brighter, more colourful space to learn in.

School project begins.

Looking Ahead

This project is just the beginning. As we prepare for our official launch, this project affirmed why EBAN – The Adobea Foundation exists: to show up, practically and personally, for communities that need it.

We’re excited for what comes next.
