Eban – The Adobea Foundation creates educational opportunities for children and strengthens communities across Ghana through scholarships, literacy, stronger schools and support for teachers.
We envision a community where every child can access the foundations of quality education and the opportunity to overcome poverty and limited knowledge.
Our work turns compassion into practical support that helps children learn, teachers thrive and communities build a stronger future.

Our Programme
One Framework.Six Connected Areas Of Support.
The SHIELD Model brings together the support a learner needs to succeed—from scholarships and foundational literacy to stronger classrooms, learning materials and empowered teachers.
Rather than treating educational challenges separately, SHIELD connects each area into one practical pathway that strengthens children, schools and communities.
The Foundation was established in loving memory of Pauline Adobea Dadzawa. Her life reflected compassion, fairness, service and a deep commitment to protecting the vulnerable.
Today, that legacy lives through practical education and community initiatives that uphold dignity, opportunity and hope.
